Morgan completes year one as Junior Achievement Instructor

Cheryl Morgan, Vice President of Farmers & Merchants Bank in Kearney, completed her first year as an instructor for Junior Achievement at Bryant Elementary School.

Morgan was one of more than 75 business leaders who volunteered as instructors to teach Junior Achievement once a week in a public elementary school classroom this past semester.

Junior Achievement is a national program designed to provide financial literacy, workplace readiness and entrepreneurship to students of all ages.

The program started in Kearney, Nebraska in 2012. This past year, Junior Achievement touched more than 1,500 students in schools across the community.
